Quick Apology Note

Am really sorry for not writing on this blog for so long, in fact I was going through deep profound changes and during this transition, every time I sit to write a post, all that I have in mind just flies away!
Only now I know why I was unable to write a single post, its because all the posts I was going to publish were going to provide you with more spiritual practices, more meditations and exercises, which was not required at all! This transition have taught me that all the spiritual practices, and all the information available online and offline are just too much.. So many healing schools, million kind of meditation, breathing techniques, yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi.. More information are just causing more spiritual struggle. The question that rises now is what are we supposed to do? well, during the coming weeks I will post every bit of knowledge I received during this long transition hoping that these posts will clearly show that to "STOP" is the most important spiritual practice to be followed right now. I call it the stop mantra, so may stop be your mantra :)
I am really grateful to all the emails I received and am sorry for not responding, I just did not know what to say really, I was unable to tell why I wasn't writing anymore. THANK YOU! :)

About The Intensity Of Spiritual Transformations

 I was asked how long the intensity of these times of transformation will last and how can we move into the New if we don't know what it is. Here is what I shared and am guided to share with you:
The intensity probably means that there are still some old issues or patterns that need to be let go of. Being in the New really means to do things in a completely new way with a new perception, which can only happen when we let go of the old perceptions and ways of doing something. You can create more of the New by asking yourself how you want to feel.

Why We Shout In Anger!

 Anger is hard to understand, we get angry, then feel guilty later on! We wish if we can understand so that we can control it... I came across this story and i thought its a good idea to share it with my readers, understanding anger is key to anger management.

A Hindu saint who was visiting river Ganges to take bath found a group of family members on the banks, shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his disciples smiled and asked.

My Encounters With Angels & Energy Beings

Since my awakening i had several encounters with angels, and energy beings. I never thought that i can peacefully go through such encounters without a bit of fear! Feeling happy, and at peace really took me by surprise because i always thought that it is scary to see something that is out of the physical world. Healing physical illness

Many of us feel very uncomfortable when facing a physical illness. Emotions of sadness, worry, and anxiety always accompany physical illness. It is because we were taught to deal with physical illness physically, we run for medicine as soon as we become sick, without trying to communicate with our body cells, understand the cause of physical illness and even release it. Physical illness is there to teach us something, and release negativity within us. In the following process you will know how to communicate with your body, understand the reason behind your sickness and go for the right solution. While some people think that the cause of illness is physical, sometimes it is mental, or emotional and in these cases medicine will only heal the symptoms but not the root cause.

The Root Chakra

The root chakra is located at the base of the spine. The color associated with this chakra is red, and it reflects our connection to earth. This chakra is very important in terms of balance. Someone who is very spiritual may experience patterns of sadness, hair loss, back pain, or depression if the root chakra is closed or weak. The root chakra is associated with our sense of security, financial stability, and grounding. When the root chakra is in balance one can notice a huge improvement in physical health, and physical energy levels. For a complete balance one should balance earth energy with source energy (cosmic energy), this is also called the balance of Yin and Yang; The root chakra is the gate to earth energy while the crown chakra is the gate to source energy.

The Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is located around the throat / neck region. The color associated with this chakra is sky blue, and it reflects our ability to communicate honestly. Voice is vibration, and this energy center influences the vibrations that come out of our mouth. Did you ever criticize a person, and did not realize how such words came out of your mouth? Did you ever lie, and couldn't explain why? Do you always suffer from a sore throat? Well, those are common sign for an unbalanced throat chakra. When the throat chakra is balanced, we only speak the truth at all times, our ability to communicate enhances, and the words that come out of our mouths are well controlled. With a healthy throat chakra, we have the ability to control when to speak, and this is a very important factor when it comes to spiritual development because speaking when it is not necessary is just a big waste of energy.

The Crown Chakra

The crown chakra is located few inches above the head, the color associated with it is violet, and is the most important energy center. The crown chakra is the door to source, or the higher mind, and is the true path to spirituality. When this chakra is balanced, one have an infinite supply of energy pouring into the energy body, clearing away all blockages, and continuously developing, and strengthening the other chakras, and meridians.

The Solar Plexus Chakra

The solar plexus chakra is located right above the navel and just below the sternum. The color associated with this chakra is golden yellow, and it is the energy center where ego resides. Solar plexus is the source of your personal power, self-worth, and self-belief. When the solar plexus chakra is balanced, you have the courage to walk through your fears, speak up for yourself when needed, and you exert will power and self-control more often.

The Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is located at the center of the chest right above the heart, the color associated with this chakra is green, and it represents our ability to give, and receive love.
A balanced heart chakra is just joyful. Unfortunately, many of us encounter blockages in the heart chakra. Due to the modern life style, we often face circumstances that can cause heart center blockages—from emotional break ups or health issues to low self-esteem.

It is time to stop thinking that you are not as knowledgeable and powerful as you really are. It is time to put an end to all the drama. It is time to stop pointing fingers, and acknowledge responsibility.
